First Airplane Ride for Orrin

Most of you know that Ethan has to do a lot of traveling for this job he has at Pax River. He had to travel to Indiana for a couple of days. I took the opportunity to go with him since I am not able to work while he is away (no night daycare). Finally using all those frequent flyier miles we had been saving.

Orrin did really good. He sure does has his Daddy's sleeping habits. On our return flight he fell asleep in the ORD (Chicago) airport as you can see from the pic. He just couldn't stay up and wait for the plane to come in which was over an hour late. The plane arrived, we boarded, took off, landed in BWI (Balitmore) and drove 1.5 hrs to the house and he still slept. I was soooooo glad since I was wiped out myself.

More Indy Pictures

Orrin has many family members who love him. Here he is with his Great Uncle Roy.

There wasn't much time when Orrin was not being held. Everyone wanted and needed a piece of him. Orrin is with his second cousin, Stephie. AKA expert with babies.

Here I am with baby Orrin and Crystal.

Orrin is here with Great Aunt Nancy. He loves to be outside. The weather was so beautiful while we were there. When he would cry we would take him outside and majically he would stop crying. Aunt Nancy loved to take him for walks outside.

VIsiting Indiana Family for first time

This is Orrin's first picture with his Great Grandma. He sure does enjoy her lovin'. He is as happy as a pea in a pod. Everyone in Indiana had a great time.

Orrin even got to share an old past time with his Daddy; sleeping in a drawer. This was something Ethan did as an infant when his parents were traveling across the US. For us, the airlines are charging you for everything so to bring a pack n' play would have been extra. Aunt Kathy suggested that we put Orrin in one of her dresser drawers. I was said that was something that Ethan did when he was also a baby.

Below is a picture of Orrin with one of his Great Aunts and I mean Great! This is Great Aunt Kathy.

As you can see all of us had a great time. This was taking right before we had to leave for the airport back to ole' Southern Maryland.

I just could not, not post this picture. This is Grandma with her most favorite Salior.

Orrin and his Great Grandma had a great time with each other. He was all smiles and just talking away. I am sure he was telling Grandma that Gray's is the place to be.
